This bass has a slim 22 fret neck, 3 j style pickups, master volume and tbx tone circuit, light weight alder body. This bass has many great tones. Low action and easy to play. Has some dings but is solid. $400 plus $50 Shipping.

I concur. Reminds me of my Power Jazz Bass Special (though the body edges appear to have a sharper radius), but with a different pickup configuration. Didn't know these existed. How's the switching work -- is it a five position switch like a Strat?

The 5 way switch gives you these options:
1- neck pickup (has a good p bass type grind)
2-neck and middle (perfect for slap)
3- Middle pickup (Kind of a musicman thing)
4-Middle and bridge (very much the burpy Jaco tone)
5-Bridge pup solo- thin sound with very pronounced mids. Nice for chords.

The tone knob is a TBX. Middle position is neutral. Forward is treble boost and reverse past center detente is regular treble roll off.

Does it come with a bag or case?

Do you happen to know the fret size / board radius?

I'm fine with a general description. No need for specifics.

I.e. does it feel like a regular modern Fender, or more rounded or flat.

Frets are small like a vintage j and the neck feels like a geddy lee with a slightly flatter board. Not sure the radius. It is a joy to play. Slim and fast. Comes with a gig bag. Low action. I got it set up nice and low and it doesn't buzz. All works as it should.

Cool. Thx. I have this 80s Fender thing going on lately. They had some neat basses then that didn't get much traction but are nevertheless interesting and good basses it seems, being in the good days of MIJ.

It looks kinda like it could be a Stingray J hybrid. TBXs are neat too, have one on a Jazz Special MIJ from the 80s. They do almost behave like a treble boost, doesn't seem to remove much bass.

I am interested, let me think on it.

It's a great bass. I am surprised it has not sold yet. I may just end up keeping it.

This is a good solid bass and has many great tones. The body does have dings and so I am selling it cheap. I will not however go any lower on price. I am not desperate to sell it. I just have a few to many basses right now. Please PM me if you have questions.
