Truss rod works great, no issues. The nut was removed and greased for better performance
As for the bad news...
- Mid pot doesn't have a detent anymore. It functions, but doesn't click
- There's a couple dings on the body from another bass falling on it in the stand
- There's some chips on the edge of the FB as well from that, bass side, but hard to feel when playing
- Though pictured with Schaller strap buttons, it will have standard buttons on it.
Other than that, it's fantastic. The finish is very glossy, no belt rash, it's ready to rock.
