I don't have a scale, but estimate amp with case at 12-15 lb. (Amp alone is 6.8 lb. per the manual.) Dimensions with case are 5.5 x 12 x 20.75. Case is a "Standard Studio Rack Case" by casesmithcustoms.com. It does not have a front or back cover.
