I just have one too many Hofner basses (5 of them!) at the moment, and although I love this bass, I'm selling this one. It is in near mint condition and has a quite a few upgrades consisting of (1) new LaBella flatwounds, (2)a new multi-layer (w/b/w Corian nut, (3)Teacup knobs, (4)white switches and a Contemporary control plate. It has a pefectly straight neck, professionally set up with low action and plays & sounds like a Beatle bass should. The pickguard still has the plastic protective film on it.
