This is my Super Silver Sparkle Flea Bass. Year 2000. I bought this many years ago and loved the idea of having it. This is a really cool bass. Weighing in at 9.2 pounds on my amazingly accurate bathroom scale- meaning, the actual weight is anywhere from 8.9 pounds to 9.6 pounds. Plays perfect, and otherwise Functionally 100 percent perfect. But the cosmetics are not perfect. See pictures below for details on the dings, cracks in finish, and other blemishes. I bought this bass many years ago, shined it up, put it on my wall, and it looked awesome. I would rarely play it, and usually only in my man cave. I have heavily gravitated towards my 5 string Modulus and Genesis and 5 string Warwicks. So this bass just looks cool on my wall, which is why I hesitate to sell. It looks awesome on the wall, and in my book, its fairly iconic. But I don't play it. Time for someone else to love this bass. Price of $1425 includes shipping from St. George UT. I could discount the shipping cost for local pick up sales, ie Las Vegas, or Utah. PayPal payment, with Certified-signature required, and insured shipment. I am working on the goals of minimalism and taking action now. All in effort to enjoy life to its fullest.
I don't like to play with classified listings for extended periods of time. I will price this at 1550 for a week or two, then every week I will lower the price by 25 bucks or more until someone pulls the trigger.
