I bought the unit from Bass Northwest in November 2001, and it has hardly been used (after I moved out of an apartment into my own home) and, to the best of my recollection, it has never left my home.
The sale includes the original owner's manual but DOES NOT include headphones, an AC adaptor, or batteries.
