There's a reason I'm posting both of these together ...

Ideally, someone will see this posting and go 'dagum, I can get me a big ol' 2x15 super rig on the cheap'. I've been gigging this rig for a few years now and it hasn't disappointed me once. Particularly when placed side by side on the floor, with foam pieces underneath to elevate the angle of the speakers.

Just clean ... yuge ... bass.

As long as I'm in 'ideally' land ...

I really don't wanna ship these, and will go as far as:

* Ft. Worth

* Ft Smith

* Wichita

* Amarillo

Also, not really wanting to break these up.

However, this being 'Have it Your Way' America, PM me if you want one or the other pieces, shipped to the Contl US. It'll be more per unit ... just throwing that out there.

I'll get exact weights (the extension cab for instance is heavier than the combo) and wanted to say that these are the Made-In-Indonesia versions.

Not sure what that means for drivers, just that it sounds damn good.

I've been able to cover some big rooms with this rig.

I greatly prefer the 112 combo for upright, but it does a good job in that regard as well.

Versatility of this setup is worth mentioning.

Markbass has an inherently-mid-focused tone, but the depth you get from the 15" drivers really puts it more towards vintage territory, if you want it. Also, I've done all sorts of combinations as to stacking the two enclosures:

* normal config, stacked on top ... or add a foam wedge underneath the combo and the extension cabinet so that the combo speaker is aimed more towards your ear

* side by side, with wedges to angle them upward, and I even made a drummer happy by pointing the extension 115 at him, because, 'inner ears just ain't got that thump'. Conversely, my on-stage sound didn't interfere with the mains.

I use this exact setup except sometimes I swap out a Markbass Rocker with the two cabs. You're right - you can fill big rooms and overpower many bands with this. Great setup.

For those on the fence ...

What this setup does is ... for lack of a better term ... 'amplify' the signal. It takes the bleeps and bloops and pops and snaps of the electric bass and turns them into they type of sonic weapon that'll get you on an NSA list. From the moment this rig arrives and you run both cabs, you should be real careful about your Google searches from here on.

Also, and this might be a personal thing ... but if you have any bowel backup issues ... yeah.

Love the versatility in this setup where you can set these side by side and angle one cab towards the drummer.

Really don't want to sell this rig. I just prefer my Aguilar AG700/SL212 and SL112 ever so slightly.

Longshot here, but if someone wanted to trade 2 Aguilar GS112’s ... with tweeters and WITH covers ... AND wanted to meet up ... I’d be down.

Sold the combo locally. May re-list cabinet, and of course hit me up and we can make a deal.
