This bass is in excellent condition with pretty much no flaws anywhere and a total sleeper for Fender. It's too bad they didn't catch on. Great basses especially for the money. It has a beautiful root beer metallic finish. Weighs 9.3 lbs. The price includes shipping to the lower 48.

This seems like a great and somewhat unknown bass. Does it come with a case, and where in Tennessee are you located please? I live in the Asheville, NC area, and could potentially travel to you and save on shipping. Thanks in advance....

Thanks, its a really nice and versatile sounding bass. I'm about 4 hours & 20 minutes from you and have always wanted to visit Nashville, so this would be a good excuse. So, it's a hardshell case? I'm just wondering if you'd be willing to go down on the price, especially if I were to pick it up in person? This is definitely a 5 string that is now at the top of my list as far as acquiring one, and although its hard to compare brands, is nicer than the Ibanez BTB845SC, which is at least with checking out. Thanks again....

Rare, awesome color. I have loved that color since I first learned of its existence. I'm not much of a 5-string player or I may be in trouble. The 4 string version of this bass in that color is even more rare, I think!

yessir very few were made in the color. I'm starting to really get on the fence with this one.

I've have no hands on experience with the MIM model, but as with all MIA and import versions, hardware and body woods are the main differences.
