Premiere Dealer Network, starry night Stingray 5 Classic. I bought this for a couple reasons, I love ebony fingerboards, the "egg shaped" pick guard on the classic 5 string stingrays, and roasted birdseye. As a bonus, this bass has the oil/wax EBMM finish on the back of the neck. This limited run PDN basses are the only 5 string Stingray classics that they have done this on - all the others have a poly finish on the back of the neck. I personally love the way the oil/wax finish feels in your hand. The wood they kept for this run is insane. This is honestly the most figured birdseye I've seen. The 2 band preamp on these I certainly like better than the 3. I added a zero mod black thumbrest and that's it. Bass is pretty much mint. I'm only selling because as much as I hate to admit it, I'm a 4 string guy. i have 12 basses, and it's time I put a little $$ in my Harley.

PM me with questions. Price is paypal'ed and shipped in the domestic US.

Too cool - great color and finish, I'm a sucker for ebony boards with no dots, and that looks like a roasted neck - wow. Wish I could cope with EBMM's 17.5 mm spacing - GLWTS!

Nice price! The Classics and Specials are the only EBMMs that have ever impressed me. I agree that the 2-band sounds better than the 3. The frequencues just sound better.

Totally in that boat, I think at $1450 I'd have to spend the stimulus check on it.
