This beautiful L1500 was a recent purchase. Then I had the opportunity to trade a custom jazz for an L2000 here on TB. I'm primarily an acoustic player and really don't need two 4-string basses. I could simply return this 1500 but wanted to explore trade possibilities. I'd be interested in a G&L 5-string, a different G&L 4-string with a more traditional P/J pickup configuration, or possibly another American made bass. Pics will show that the bass is in great shape for its age but does have a couple scuff marks and one visible ding. The finish is still very glossy except a couple areas on the top where it's been well loved. Still, it's in amazing shape for its age, it plays and sounds great, and needs nothing but a new home. Feel free to ask questions; I'm not a bass expert but I'll do my best to answer best I can. Send me trade ideas (with pics/links if possible).
