I bought this bass wanting to convert it to an 8 string. I knew it was in good condition before I bought it, but when I received it, it was dead mint! I realized I didn't have the heart to butcher it, and I fell in love with it as is. But, now other expenses have come up, so here it goes:
- I believe this is from the original run of REBOPs (2002-2004?).
- Deep set 5-bolt neck = great punch and sustain.
- Gloss white finish w/ no signs of yellowing on classic curved NS body.
- 3-pc maple neck w/ 34" scale rosewood fretboard.
- I bought from original owner who replaced the EMG Hzs with active EMG 35P and 35J pickups and 3-band active EQ w/ mid sweep.
- Mint condition.
- I can throw in a non-original beater hard case or non-original new Ibanez tan Powerpad gig bag.
Price includes shipping in the lower 48 States. I will ship internationally at additional cost. (NOTE: I've shipped a lot of basses outside the US, but due to the COVID 19 pandemic, I don't know if/when an international package will get delivered.)
