Up for trade is my recently acquired 1975 Gibson Ripper. Why am I looking to trade it you may ask? Boredom, mostly. It’s a super solid bass and is in better shape than most Rippers I’ve seen in person.
A quick rundown on the bass:
- Duncan designed replacement pickups, both neck and bridge.
- Hipshot replacement bridge
- No bridge cover
- Comes with original awful 3 point bridge
-Truss rod works fine
-Some checking and dings, but that’s to be expected
-OHSC
For trades I’m looking for a Walnut Rickenbacker 4003 or 4003s, a black or sunburst Fender Precision bass or a Guild B301 Bass. Otherwise nothing more than 4 strings.
