Used Warwick Infinity 5 string bass. First off, this bass is badass. As far asI know, I'm the third owner. At the time of purchase in 2010, I was living in Illinois and purchased it from a guitar center in Ohio. I stumbled upon it one night on the internet and had it sent to my local store, where I then purchased it. I have since relocated to Austin. The bass had the first 4-5 frets replaced due to wear and buzzing, and the frets weren't replaced win bronze ones to match the original frets.
You might be wondering why the B string is wound wrong, or why it doesn't fit properly in the bridge. Well, frankly, the gauge is too big. I used pair of Ken Smith Burners .130's, hoping for a deeper, sustained tone, and all I got was an ill fitting string. I thought if I wound it the opposite way that it would give me more clearance between the B and E strings coming off the nut but it just looks sloppy. It's been restrung the correct way but I still need a new set of .120's on it.
Aside from some normal wear and tear, this bass is in great shape. It plays extremely well, has versatile tone, low action, and has a look that peaks everyone's interest. It's very well balanced, and is suitable for all playing styles; from slap to tap, and everything in between. I've used it through MarkBass, GK, Vox, Eden, Ampeg, Trace Elliott, Acoustic Image, etc, and it sounds incredible through all of them. It even comes with the OHSC. It's a neckthru bass with an 18v (yes, two 9v batteries are required) pre amp, is lightweight, and gorgeous! Here are other specs:
