View attachment 4015566 Unfortunately couldn't resist purchasing one of my G&L temptations! So due to funds need to move a couple more basses to fund this weakness of mine! True Confessions,I guess!LOL. Not going into alot of details,everyone that have experiences,and familiar with these basses know what they are. US made SUB's were made in 2003thru2006. This is a well taken care of SUB,and in great shape. One minor ding that I noticed,and the neck is pristine. It has the updated Norstrand pickup,and I replaced the tuners with Music Man stamped,brand new from Ernie Ball store. It will be shipped in a nice padded Roadrunner gig bag. Any questions PM me. not smooth. look at the detail photo of the little ding (enlarge it) and you will get a good idea. refin would have to be a pro job. the stealthy vibe of these is not everyone's cup 'o tea, but I've always dug 'em and I miss mine everytime one shows up..

I have gotten more compliments on the finish on my black SUB, the way it plays off sunlight and stage lights, than on any other aspect of my bass playing. On summer evenings I'm told it looks like it's made of metal.

Bump for an awesome bass and TB bass player!
If you haven't played or owned one of these passive SUB's - you'd be surprised how much they sound like the active version. Slightly boost the bass - and I'm not sure you could tell the difference. Nice thing - no battery ever needed! :-)

Update,on this US SUB,had question come up,from a potential buyer,about the neck serial number was suppose to be for a white SUB body,not a black SUB body. Ok,full disclosure,is I bought the black body,and added the Nortstrand pickup,and also added the brand new tuners stamped Music Man, and traded my Status graphite neck for the 2004 SUB neck with white body. So if there is problem then don't buy the SUB. Thanks!
