Hi,
Selling a Krivo magnetic pickup, with a padded hardshell case, pole-height Allen wrench, and some extra double sided “Velcro” (when I can find it, around here somewhere). Will ship FedEx to your door for $100 within the CONUS. I looove this pickup and am actually trying to save up to buy the latest version (which will allow me to attach it to my extended fingerboard. New ones have a different mounting bracket). Things to bear in mind with this pickup: you must use steel strings, or at least steel coated strings, as these won’t work with gut, tape, or nylon type strings. Gets an amazing, direct, strong signal and can be adjusted to even out string-to-string balance by raising or lowering the individual pole pieces. The “Velcro” (isn’t really Velcro but some military / industrial monster mutation) is ridiculously strong, once attached, it’s not coming off until you remove it yourself. This pickup has absolutely no problem with loud volume situations—however—imo it starts to get very Jaco-electric bassy if you just absolutely crank it; but—that’s also the fun, this thing just cranks, I mean, it’s a magnetic pickup;
Eq it nicely, keep amplification under control, and it’s a very nice sounding, even, singing pickup, to me particularly in thumb position. PM with any questions / concerns, thanks!
