Ships in a hardcase. Barely noticeable nick on the back of the headstock. Great bass, dooms for sure but I already have a P bass and I'm looking to pickup a Rickenbacker 4003w to round out the collection. 35" scale. I've had some standard scale Low E strings (D'Addario) not make it to the nut without hitting the tapered part of the string.
