Edit 3: Reluctantly back up for sale.

Edit 2: Keeping the Mustang. When playing without it, there’s something delicious missing.

Edit 1: the TD-2 is sold.

Both of these pedals are in as new condition.

Lauren Audio Mustang - $210 USD shipped.
Includes all original packaging etc.

The Mustang is a class-A overdrive based on one of the most iconic recording channels, the Neve 1073.

Supercharged with a modified gain control and variable feedback, the Mustang lets the player to control the harmonic content and breakup, allows for a soaring, searing overdrive typically unattainable by its studio brethren.

In contrast the player can roll down the harmonics for a smooth, classy tone similar to a studio preamp. A JFET front end offers a high impedance input and delivers healthy signal to the sensitivity control, which provides most of the gain and input level.
Products

Mozztronics TD-2 HV Tube Driver - $195 USD shipped. Includes North American power supply 15-16vac 1000mA. Sold

Using a 12AX7 tube, and powered from an external 15VAC to 16VAC supply, this pedal runs the tube at proper amplifier High Voltages, for that real tube sound. We’ve gone old school here, we use circuits that were used to generate high voltage in old time television sets to generate the high voltage for the tube in this pedal.
There is no diode clipping in this unit, just tube compression and overdrive. We use a transistor as an output buffer and apart from that everything else in the signal path is what you would expect in a proper “tube” amplifier.

High Voltage Tube Driver TD-2

The only trades I would entertain would be for certain Broughton pedals including but not limited to:
Studio Boost
Calamity
Sunray
Azure Drive
Broughctave
Terraformer
Para EQ
Etc.

I am pretty sure you have to have an american bank account to use Venmo. It's essentially paypal, but built only as an app and there are some goofy social things with it. I only ask because my venmo balance has funds, my paypal is at $0 (well, it has funds set aside for an archetype) which would mean needing to go to the well.

What @Lowendtech said. It's very nuanced and can get really dirty. I have my SB early in my chain and the Mustang at the end to enhance in ways the SB alone can't.

The Mustang is fantastic. +1 to it not being redundant with a SB (can't speak to a S1 but suspect it's similar). Just to echo @Lowendtech here: in similar (low-gain) settings they're different flavours of magic. But the Mustang can also screeeeeeeeeeeeeam across the sky and the variable feedback control gives it incredible range (both in terms of amount and quality of gain). If you're noting the lack of a trafo compared to Josh's offerings, pick up a LBA 2020S (currently $85 new from Mike); Mustang is one of my absolute favorite pedals to drive into that.

They really give everything some space, good for noise! (or lack of I should say) Has my respect, they didn't skimp on the components at all

Dude comes from a lineage of actual rocket engineers. Good for us he started building pedals.

GLWTS!
