For sale, a really cool parts bass with a splendid Drake neck, Roadstar body, and Nordstrand pj pickups. Medium scale. Wearing tapes but comes with unopened set of rounds. Only 800 shipped Canada or CONUS. I got a short scale 5 now and prefer those specs for my hand size and shape. Comes in fitted HSC.

It's always comforting to see the bedspread. It's nice to know there is some consistency in the world.

What is the weight and string spacing? I could offer you an Ibanez SRC6, or a Birdsong Corto to trade but I'm in the states and neither are fretless.

Hey technical people & Green Knight,
Could this be strung OK as E - C?
Thanks!

Hi everybody, thanks for the questions. My parents are coming to town tomorrow morning and everything is crazy. The string spacing is close for sure; I like it that way, but YMMV. It feels pretty light! I'll locate the measuring tape on Sunday and get back with specifics.

Not sure what the spacing is but I used a Schaller 2000-5 bridge which has possible spacing from 15.5mm to 20mm and I imaging we landed on 16.5mm as the saddles were not all tight up against one another. Looks like one could go a touch wider on spacing in the photos. Was a fun little bass. i think I sprayed some finish on the body as well. It was pretty rough when I received it. Probably stainless steel frets. I use use the smaller wire as standard.

Alembics and parametric mid knobs scare me.

Weight of the kitty please. Mine's 13 lbs. Lil heavy on the shoulders. But pretty much sharp all the time.

GLWTS!

Haha!
While I do have a monster 14.4 pounder--a tad heavier than my T-40--Ollie is much less than that. I think he must be hollow-bodied, or at least chambered. Gorgeous red finish! I don't take this one out of the house.

Thanks for dropping in, especially since the rents are still here and the tape measure is MIA.
The frets feel great on this bass! They remind me of mandolin wire almost. Really gorgeous neck.

Great looking bass, very intriguing. I apologize if this has been answered, but is their weight for this listed anywhere. Thanks.
