My wife being the amazing woman she is, has been supportive of me having too many basses and hanging them all on the wall. To thank her, I’m selling all the basses she hates looking at to fund a new build and maybe a 6 string.

All prices include PayPal and shipping CONUS. All 3 weigh around between 8.95 and 9.05 pounds according to my fish scale. I haven’t decided which cases go with which bass yet.

MüB J4 Ta’veren. This is an incredible instrument. It plays very well and may be one of the most dynamic basses I own. Hand position creates amazing varieties in tones from growly and aggressive to warm and thumps.
This bass is sporting Nordy blade pickups and while it is passive, I did order it active ready, so adding your choice of pickups would be a breeze.
It has one tiny ding on the size and there is a bit of finish wear on the back of the neck as I played this thing A LOT.
I am the original owner.
Ash neck and body
Bocote fingerboard with a wheel of time Inlay
Maple top

Lakland 4-94 (kind of)
This one is an interesting beast. The previous owner bought it directly from Dan Lakin. It is sporting a 1998 4-94 bodywork, all USA hardware, a 2000 era Bart pre and 2018 Bart pickups made to 2000 era specs.
The neck is a skyline which was finished and gone over by Dan Strack (former Lakland head luthier)
It plays, feels and sounds like a USA Lakland at a skyline price. This bass is seriously incredible!
$1100 SOLD

Marco TFL Pbass.
If you know you know. Marco Is an incredibly under rated luthier. His basses use his own handwound pickups that can not compare to anything else available. This is hands down the best sounding Pbass I’ve ever owned! It only has a few small dings that are very hard to photograph. This one would be a lifer if it had a jazz neck. This neck is pretty chunky but still plays well. It isn’t uncomfortable, just not my cup of tea.
$1100 SOLD

MüB Miezo
This is NOT a toy. This bass is seriously cool. Walnut body and neck with a Purple Heart fingerboard and pickup cover. It’s sporting two Nordy big splits under the cover. Sort of our own take on the big split man.
This bass is an octave higher, but being a 5 string you can have essentially a normal tenor bass by tuning an a step down. If you like to travel, this is the bass for you. I mainly used it for practicing on the couch without smacking my wife in the face with a headstock. It’s in very good shape.
controls are Vol-Vol-tone. It also sports a cool spaceship inlay.
This one is funding a new MüB X3M as I wanted more low notes.

I’ve been eye balling that lakland for years Hahahha. Seems to be making its rounds!
GLWTS!

I can honestly say it is absolutely phenomenal. I’m surprised it hasn’t stuck somewhere yet. It is pretty close to US Lakland good, it’s actually better than my old USA Joe Osborn 5.

If my wife liked it a bit more this would be it’s forever home.

If you’re down with shipping to Canada maybe I’ll sell the DJ4 and get into this. Love the color plus love the HS pickup layout. My main player is a Sterling 4H and my other is a millennium 4 plus HS. I have a feeling I’d
Love this lakland!

If I weren't saving for another MüB already I'd be getting out my checkbook for the Ta'veren. Incredible bass, especially for the money. Good luck!

I'm going to order a headless J4. I have the whole thing planned out but don't want to bother them until I've also got the money, haha! I have a G5 right now (the "Maranello") that's become my main 5-string since I bought it last year.

Great collection here! I love my Marcos, i have a TFL PJ4 and a TFL 5.
Marco is so underrated! Thank you, they are certainly sad to part with, but I've got to make space.

Seriously looking at that Marco. I had a J bass of his and it was incredible. You have super cool basses.
Thanks Kern, I think you would be pleased with the Pbass. It have a phenomenal tone and the back of that neck is ridiculous.

I can't believe it took me this long to get the Wheel of Time reference. Wow, lol. I haven't read those books in about 20 years and never got past book 7 but am excited for the series coming out in the next week or so. Also that bass is amazing. What's the neck profile like? I'm guessing like a J bass which wouldn't work for me but thought I'd ask.

The neck is it's own thing profile wise, but it is not particularly chunky. It seems slimmer than my fender jazz bass both at the nut and front to back.
I love that series. I've gone through it probably 5 or 6 times. I'm looking forward to checking out the series later today.
