After much wailing and nashing of teeth, I have decide to sell this since I haven't played it in over a year since getting my SRS 5 fretless, so here we go:
FOR SALE ONLY. NO TRADES,A 2012 MM Big Al 4sss. This is a VERY rare piece. If I remember correctly there where only a dozen or so of these made. The PDN or Prefered Dealer Network instruments are the predecessor of sorts the the BFRs of today AFAIK although there may be others out there that are more educated on the subject.
Body is rather clean for the age ,it was played quite a bit but it was never gigged, just used at home a little at rehearsals and jamming with friends. There are a couple nicks but nothing major.
Weighs a guesstimate of 9.2 pounds
The neck is Birdseye maple and is straight, and if I remember correctly it has a Pau Ferro board. Frets show almost no wear. Has Dunlop strap lock posts.
Electronics function as they should and offer incredible voicing options, but the push button switches are a little scratchy when pushed, maybe a little contact cleaner would eliminate that but I never tried.
Comes with the original HSC and all the case candy. Comes with tort pg and the original black pg.
The only issue is the nut broke at the E string a few years back while changing strings. It has been glued back and doesn't move. Does not effect playability at all, but will need to be replaced at some point. Includes a replacement brass nut.
Asking $1975 shipped west of the Mississippi, $2025easy of MS. PayPal ok
Somebody get this quick before I come to my senses!
