I loved this when I had my passive Rumblefishes, but now that I am playing Bongos I find I don't have any use for it. This is Nathan East's magic box and it is magic. So, $45 shipped and its yours.
I went so far as to buy an entire Billy Sheehan rig and still couldn't play like him. I think I will try a John Myung setup next and see if that works!!!!
