Long time since I posted here (or put anything up for sale), but I've been a member (and made plenty of purchases, etc.) for quite a few years now.
Up for sale is a minty, USA-made, JB-2 G&L Jazz Bass. To get this guitar now, you'd need to order it from G&L's custom shop. This bass has all the premium options offered at the time, including the "gun oil tint" finish option for the neck as well as neck binding and premium maple fingerboard.
Beautiful swamp ash body and all-maple neck. Superlight tuners, signature locking G&L bridge, JB alnico pickups, and a gorgeous sunburst/gloss finish. I haven't put a mark on this bass. Even the case is in excellent-plus condition with only a few scratches. Currently strung with EBS-344 Powerbass strings.
Custom shop pricing would put this bass at about $3000 before shipping (and you won't get gun oil tint finish or binding at this price). Get this for much less, still in phenomenal condition with a clean case. $2300 plus actual shipping charges (we'll work that out once the buyer has committed to the sale). Note that we'll need to discuss payment methods as well at that point.
