I have a full Jazz plate here in black pearl that the previous owner put on an Ibanez Black Eagle reissue bass. It was working beautifully when I bought the bass. At some point, I took it apart to try a different plate. When I put it back together, it had stopped working. So I may have shorted something out or maybe it was just squishing a wire when I re-installed it. I don't have a soldering iron or any technical expertise, so I just took it out altogether and am selling it as-is. If there's a soldering issue, it should be an easy fix. Either way, this should be a handy cheap solution to your project bass. The control plate is black pearl plastic pickguard material. The pot holes were somewhat crudely widened by the previous owner - they're not pretty but they work, and any ugliness is completely covered by the washers and knobs anyway. Black aluminum knobs which are nice and light an turn easily. No mounting screws included. Standard V/V/T configuration.
Trade interest = chrome 4-string 5-hole Fender mount bridge, high mass preferred.
I'll take $18.99 shipped or best offer, lower 48.
