I’m looking to sell or possibly trade my MINT ‘22 USA Fender American Professional II in “Mystic Surf Green”. I swapped the pups to DiMarzio Area P’s for aesthetics and for a more classic P tone but it will come with the original V-Mod II’s and a new flight case.

The color combo with the vintage tinted neck makes this a gorgeous looking classic “P” but with modern comfort! I’m the 2nd owner but the original owner traded the rosewood neck for a maple one, so the serial will come back as a “Black” ‘22.

The frets are excellent and there aren’t any dings, dents that I can see (never even left the house). The action is nice and low and strung with Fender flats, 45-105. She weighs in at approximately 8lbs 4oz on my bathroom scale. One of the best playing/feeling Fender basses made IMHO.

From Fender:

Comfort-contoured body with gloss urethane finish

’63 C-profile neck with “Super-Natural” satin finish

Smooth, rolled fingerboard edges

Sculpted neck heel for easy access to upper register

V-Mod II Precision Bass split-coil pickup delivers classic punch and growl with enhanced articulation

4-saddle HiMass Vintage bridge (string-through-body or top-load) provides solidity and sustain for authoritative tone

Bone nut

Fender lightweight vintage-style tuners with tapered shafts

$1350 PP G&S and includes USA shipping.I ship via Pirate Ship and it will be very well packed!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHH... where were you 7 months ago, when I sold my AMAZING Flea bass, ONLY because I (for some weird reason) can't get myself to play a "signature" bass. UGH!!!

not weird at all - sig basses are kinda' corny
Sweeeet bass! What are the flats you have on there? They look like TI's, but the silks tell me that's wrong.
Nice bass! Love the covers and the maple neck (not the sticker tho, haha)

Funny, just today I briefly tried just E & A TI flats on a bass that normally wears Fender flats, and yes, they do look very similar. However, they feel and sound completely different. I prefer Fenders on a P bass, TIs on a Jazz or Stingray.

@James Weddle I assume this sold since it's been over a year. If you still happen to have it, let me know.
