Is there a repair in the top near the controls or is that just the wood grain? Gorgeous bass

Just the grain, no breaks or repairs on her

Thanks! Are the controls VVT / 3-way switch / mini toggle for boost? Is it just a general output boost, or does it seem to accentuate certain frequencies?

It seems like volume / tone? blend? /tone

Boost is a general boost

Wow!

If this were dual reverse P I would be all over that in about 3 seconds.

I have/I've had a ton of BCRs, the sound difference is negligible
Honestly the wood seems to be more of a factor in tone

With my particular overdrive setup, I only use the bridge pickup. But with a non-reversed P, with the bridge pickup solo'd, the D and G strings are waaaaaaaay too thin and weak for me.

Reverse P solo'd in the bridge position is perfect for me, since it adds mwah to the overdrive'd E and A strings while the D and G strings have some heft and thickness to them.

Nice Eagle, btw!

Thanks! When I can't decide between reverse / non reverse I switch to H/H ;)
