Sadowsky 5 string Split Coils
These are from an older bass, previous owner (TB member) did not know if from a USA or Japan model.
Raised poles, to follow neck radius.
Plenty of wire.
See the Dimarzio name on the inside of the covers, from my research these are probably close to the Ultra Jazz model but wound to Rogers specs.
Size- Both same 3.725" long .715" wide
I purchased but decide to stick with my Single Coils. These were never installed by me.
Neck pup 9.50k ohms
Bridge 9.57k ohms
(Identical for all intents and purposes)

"I can't tell if these pickups are US or Japan made but they remind me a lot of the original pickups that came stock with my Japanese metro express. They sounded fantastic but
they aren't 100% noise cancelling. The two coils in each pickup are different lengths since one of them covers 3 strings and the other covers 2. This gets rid of most of the hum of a single coil but leaves some in as they can't totally cancel each other. According to Roger it was a decision that has to do with the price point of those cases not to put in the stacked pickups."
I just noticed that they are labeled incorrectly. The N labeled pickup is actually for the Bridge and vice/versa
This is based on string spacing.
On a Sad Jazz, there's more space between the strings at the bridge compared to the neck spacing. (As is the case with most basses I believe)
String spacing looks to be identical to my 19mm Sadowsky.
Whomever labeled them just
labeled backwards.
