Like many of us I just have too many basses so I need to thin the herd!
This is an interesting bass. It was built by Faray Guitars in Indonesia and I believe it's a "one-of-a-kind".

I originally bought it because I like multi scale basses but I don't like most of them because of the extras long scale on the B and E strings. This bass solved that for me due it it's shorter scale.
It has Bartolini soap bars pickups (under the matching covers) and an Aguilar OBP-3 active preamp that I had installed because the original preamp wasn't cutting it for me. This upgrade made a world of difference in the tone this bass can deliver. I also added Dunlop Strap Lok Buttons and the Hipshot String Retainer. All the work was done by my local repair guy so you can be assured it was done correctly.
A few nice touches are Matching Wood Control Knobs, Brass Nut, Abalone Inlay Markers on the fingerboard as well as a Magnetically Attached Battery Access Cover.
Weight is 9 pounds 12 ounces on my digital scale. String spacing looks to be about 17.5 mm.
The frets are like new and the neck has perfect relief and a low action. It's a cool bass but I just have too many!
Trade value on this one is $1,400. I'd rather sell but will consider trades for other 34" scale 5 string basses.
I will spilt the cost of shipping in the CONUS (I use the discounted Pirate Ship service).
It will ship in a new gig bag and will be well packed in a sturdy guitar box.
Please message me directly with any offers or questions. Thanks for looking!
