Up for sale is a genuine, rare, calibrated set of Kent Armstrong USA hand-wound Jazz Bass pickups. These are premium, boutique units handmade by Kent in Vermont, NOT the cheaper overseas import models.


This is a custom-calibrated voicing set designed to give you the ultimate balanced Jazz Bass tone. The neck and bridge pickups are given distinct model numbers to perfectly complement their body positions:

• J75 (1975 Style Neck Voicing): Labeled "MODEL J75" on the neck pickup to provide that warm, open, classic mid-1970s growl.
  
  
  
• J80 (1980 Style Bridge Voicing): Labeled "MODEL J80" on the bridge pickup to deliver a slightly tighter, punchier, and more focused attack. This smart pairing prevents the bridge position from sounding too thin or harsh when soloed or blended.
  
  

Both pickups are fully verified with Kent's official shop stickers, handwritten batch codes, and a solid black epoxy resin pour on the backs (see photos).
