This Antigua Mustang started as a Squier Limited Edition Classic Vibe 60s Mustang bass made in 2025. The Antigua was a limited edition finish only offered internationally.
The neck was swapped for a loaded Fender JMJ Mustang neck with the JMJ tuners as well. The neck came from a JMJ made in 2025.
The pickup was upgraded to a Nordstrand NM4 mustang pickup.
The pickup, control cavities, and pickguard were shielded.
The strings are D'Addario EXL170M Nickel rounds .045-.100 Regular Light.
It weighs 8.0 pounds according to the bathroom scale.
There are no signs of wear apart from the road worn treatment on the JMJ neck from the Fender factory in Mexico.
I ended up buying a vintage Mustang and am selling my other Mustangs, of which I accumulated an embarrassing number.
