For Sale: Aguilar DB750 latest version. S/N 3479
One owner (me) bought new Feb. 2006.
Mint conditon, always racked, gigged moderately.
Have original box and manual.

Gator rack case shown in picture is not included, not for sale.

$1600.00 firm, shipped and insured CONUS only. (updated price)
included 1 NOS Telefunken 12AX7 tube currently installed in Gain V-1 Socket.

U.S. Postal Money Order required in advance.

This is a great amp for sure, and my second new one.
Not using it much since I don't have the cabs that show it's Mojo. The Epi UL's are great but not the best match for all tube or hybrids like the DB750.

Man... I just turned 56 and I'm lovin' this light gear at 2am break downs. First went the CA9, then the NV215, now the 750. Will I regret it? Most likely at some point. :rolleyes:

CB, I'll let you know about the tube or tubes as I actually have the matched pair, cost me $210.00 for them. I would want to sell them together really, or if the person that buys my amp can have both for $150.00.

p.s. I got the gator shallow for my 750 and it's much better than the full size 4-space I was using. Thanks for the tip.

Cool. The balance is so much better with the weight distributed correctly or at least close. I can deal with the back of the amp sticking out a bit, plus it supports in the rear.

Bump for an awesome seller, and an awesome dude... :D

I am sorely tempted by this thing, especially with the Telefunken option. I always have missed the sheer sweet, hugeness of this amp. Just for the benefit of those looking, can you tell us what you hear as the difference between the stock tube and the Tele? (I know there are threads on this, but I figured it might help those looking to have it here - plus I want to make it harder for me to resist. :hiding:).

This is my second DB750 and all I can say, is if I would have put the NOS Tele in my first one I most likey wouldn't have needed to buy a second one. I found that, especially in the mix, the Tele made my low-end tighter and more focused as with the stock tube felt loose or even floppy at times. It's less "wooly" too. If you have the right cab the DB750 is a monster and has enough head room for anything I've encountered. And... you just cannot get over the build on the amp.. everytime you see it you just think ... indestructable. OK Erik... let me know when you will be sending the check ;)

Trade must be in excellent condition like my amp.

1.) Mark Bass CMD-151P plus cash to me.

2.) Lakland USA P-Bass w/Jazz neck. (body color matters to me, prefer 3T-burst)
(Bass must have Hard shell case if shipped)

3.)MTD 435 with wenge/wenge neck and ash body.
Prefer a 21 fret neck. (body color matters to me)
(Bass must have Hard shell case if shipped)

It is amazing how things can go 180 deg. and or full circle.
Until I found the Epi UL cabs I couldn't find a 10 loaded cab that worked for me for various reasons, not to say that other brands are not also excellent, just depends. I still love 15's, I like 12's too, even 8's. My NV215 was the nutz with the DB750. My current car is small and I'm getting older so I'm doing the light weight thing these days.

I've actually had my eye out for a nice light weight single 15 cab, but I've to to clear out a few things first.
