Gone!!!!!!!!

Another one of my 5ers bites the dust (playing only 4's again). Was trying to hold on to this one. Need the cash. Anyway, she's dead mint. Just pulled her out of the case and I can't find a mark on her. Includes with original Warwick gig bag (also in MINT condition), manual, warranty card, wax, truss tool, allen wrenches, etc, etc!!!. Let's start this @ $1100 shipped CONUS. Bass could pass for new. She weighs about 9.5 lbs (according to my cheap postal scale and that feels about right).

Specs and Info:

The Warwick Corvette $$ Double Buck 5-String bass guitar is similar to the other Corvette models, but distinguishes itself with unique electronics. It features 2 powerful MEC humbuckers nestled closely in the center position, completely covering the legendary sweet-spot that so many basses miss completely. This configuration gives it a powerful, solid tone with depth and clarity. To make it versatile, 2 mini 3-way switches let you choose humbucker, single-coil, and parallel or series operation. The passive pickups are matched to an MEC 2-band active preamp, making it a true passive/active hybrid. The Double Buck features a select swamp ash body, an ovangkol neck, bell brass frets, high-quality hardware, and natural or transparent color oil finishes.

....Just tried one out at GC today, the string spacing at the nut is a bit too narrow for me. But man-o-live! Tone and bottom end forever!

If I were not bent on another bass, I'd snag this! The build quality is top notch. Comfortable and balanced, this bass is very lite! And tons of tone....a very versatile bass! These have been fetching more $'s on ebay.

Why do I keep looking in the For Sale forum?!?!?!?! I just got a new bass last week.

That and the fact that Christmas is now a month away means I don't have the cash to spend on yet another bass that won't get a lot of playing time. :( That is just plain gorgeous and I can't wait to see pictures of the real thing. I played one of these in a Sam Ash a little while ago and absolutely loved how it sounded. I can't imagine this will be here very long.
