For sale:

The infamous Cort Curbow Fretless 4 string.

I purchased this bass from another TBer only to find out that I'm not terribly interested in playing fretless. It has mostly sat around and hasn't left my house since I got it.

Currently strung with La Bella Deep Talkin' Bass Strings - Black Nylon Tape Wound.

Specs:

Bolt-on 3 piece Maple neck (Modern "C" Shape)
Luthite Body
Ebonol Fingerboard
34" scale
Graphite Nut
Bartolini Pickup and Pre
Dead Sexy

Things to know: one EQ knob is not original, looks similar, but not 100%. I put it on the volume.

Nice price on this one. These are fine little fretlesses, I've played them in stores before and like them.

I remember looking long and hard at one that Greg Curbow had for sale at his Morganton, GA shop. Set up and signed by Greg. It was $425. Should have, but didn't.

Ugh... I know that feeling! I played a Curbow XT33 at a shop several years ago. It was selling for what I might get if I sold all my gear, but it was easily the best bass I've ever laid my hands on. It's the one that got away. :crying:

If anyone wants to trade an XT33 for this fretless, let me know! :D
