So I graduated college and bought this baby from TBer and it was supposed to be my grad present to myself but I cant get a job so i have to sell this to make truck notes.
The bass was stripped down and repainted in the nitro blue by quadzilla. One of the pics shows a crack in the first fret that was fixed by one the best luthiers in Maryland,Ron Carney, according to quadzilla, but it really looks good in my opinion too. The neck is straight and I thinned down the finish on the back of the neck to make it smoother. The case is an original 1978 case. The bass has a badass III bridge on it but as in the pics it comes with the original bridge and bridge cover. The bass came with an Audere active control plate but i put the passive control plate back in cause the tone is killer. The finish does have its down points and is not perfect but from more that two feet away it looks perfect. The tone is really great and the playability is nice. Pics can be found on the link, ignore the fretless pics unless you want to buy that too,its for sale as well on another page.

So Ive never sold a vintage bass before but i think im looking for 1500-1800$. Make an offer somewhere in that area and this beauty will be yours. The only way i would trade is for a ernie ball BIG AL.
