I may regret this, but Im looking for a change of pace.

MADE IN AMERICA

The V4BH is is great shape with no issues. Fairly new power tubes and a couple vintage Telefunkens in the pre slots. Comes with road case.

GREAT sounding all tube amp here.

Im in Columbus, GA and dont want to ship the V4BH. Ill glady meetup for a deal. Im willing to drive a couple hours. If I dont get a local deal, I may consider shipping if its not too far and you cover packing and shipping costs. WILL NOT SHIP OVERSEAS.

$600 for a semi local deal. Looking for solid state amps. I like GK, so a trade for a Fusion 550 or 1001RB-II may be doable. Ill entertain other amp offers, but doubt Id be interested in SWR or MarkBass.

Ah jezzz... I was JUST talking about how I want to get back to tubes and move away from my 1001.

I just don't think the volume could cut it. Hmmm...worth more thought.

If you're playing with PA support and not playing Uber Metal I think it can cut it. This used to be mine and I can attest this is one sweet tone machine. V4BH + 2-15 CAB = GOOD VIBE

PA support is pretty questionable in many of the places we play, but I'm more worried about in the practice space honestly.

For anyone wondering about volume concerns, Ill be straight up with you.

I use the V4BH with PA support and with decent cab it puts out much more than youd think a 100 watt alll tube amp would.

The ONLY time this amp really ever ran out of gas for me was on an outdoor gig with no PA.

That said, still available.

I gigged with a '74 V4 and it had enough volume for all gigs and my band wasn't shy with volume. Outdoors, I agree you would need PA support but no more support than your guitar player will need. These are great amps and newer ones are a ton more reliable. Whoever gets this will not be disapointed.

FWIW - same experience here. This is a great head and is going to be all that you need 99% of the time.

Just played through a V4B/2x15 last night for the first time. It was the LOUDEST situation I've ever been in, and I didn't really even have the thing turned up halfway. I am blown away by what an awesome amp this is. But you all know that...
