Up for sale is a beautiful custom six string bass. It has some of the nicest figured Bubinga I've ever seen! This bass has had quite a few mods over its life. First, it has Bartolini pickups from a Pedulla, as well as a Bart NTMB preamp. This is a classic combo and can definitely nail the MTD/Tobias tone! Next, it's also been clearcoated but the back of the neck was left unfinished, so it's nice and smooth and not sticky!
Full OCD disclosure: There's a nickel sized ding on the back. I'll try to get a better photo of it, but it's small, though the coat and a little in to the wood. Doesn't affect playability AT ALL! Second, the frets are all level and the action is nice and low, but there is some minor sprout on some of the frets.
