I picked this up very recently from user ffeJ83, and quickly discovered that it was not really for me. It plays and sounds great, but 3 strings just does not get it done for me, and I can't justify having it around just for coolness factor.

So, in the spirit of TB, I'm cutting interested parties a deal here: $200 to your door in the CONUS.

I took the time to record a quick sound clip, that should be available here

Here she is in all her quirky beauty:

Some info in response to questions:

1) There are markers on the side of the neck to indicate position, and amazingly they're in tune!

2) There is no truss rod, nor would a 3-string neck as meaty as this one ever need a truss rod.

3) It's a Kent Armstrong pickup, with a corian bridge and nut.

Nice. It looks like there is room to convert to a 4 string, fill and drill new string through holes, add a tuner, and a new nut. Good luck on the sale.

I imagine there definitely would be room, were someone so inclined. Could be a fun project, in classic wishbass fashion.

Honestly, I like the vibe of the 3 strings. It's enough for one full octave in position, and plays great up around the 12th, so I moved all over the neck easily.

What's the string spacing on that beast? There might even be room to convert it to a 5-string, which I may be interested in doing if it's big enough and if I can find $250 to send to you.

What's the scale length? What is it tune to now?

I'll measure it to be 100% this evening, but it feels like 35"

I'll measure the bridge and nut for you tonight. I imagine a 5 string would be tight, but hey, it's not like you need room to slap :)
