Details

Up for sale is an alder 2001 Fender Precision MIM bass body in Midnight Wine and two pickguards. The body is in good shape and is routed for a Darkstar pickup. The pickguards are routed the same. One is black pearloid and the other is white. I can't attest to the fit, as I never actually mounted a pickup in the body.

The weight is 4.8 pounds, according to my bathroom scale.

I recently acquired these items for a project and have no immediate need for them. $90 shipped for the lot or contact me if you'd be interested in any of the individual pieces.

it very easily could be. I'm not finding much on the physical dimensions of that pup. if you can find them, let me know and I'll be happy to take a measurement.

those new guild pickups should be the right dimensions. i've had basses in which i've swapped hammon DS pickups for original hagstrom bisonics no problem. since the haggies, hammons, and novaks all have identical dimensions, i'm assuming the new guild ones will too. just don't expect them to sound the same! the tighter pole-spacing of the pickup will require a bridge with tighter or adjustable spacing; assuming that's what was meant by roller bridge
also, unless you find or make some kind of trim/mounting ring, the p-bass pickup cavities will protrude a bit on either side.
good luck on the sale. this will make a sweet bass if done right!
