I’m selling a very special Drake 4 string bass. This custom medium scale (32”) bass was built by Andrew Drake in 2009 and I am the second owner.
This is an amazing bass and the quality of Andrew’s work is second to none. The body has a chambered Curly Maple core with book matched Curly Walnut front and back.
The bolt on neck and fret board are also Curly Maple with black side dot position markers and front and back Curly Walnut headstock facings.
It has Hipshot USA Ultralite tuners, Hipshot A style brass bridge, and Dunlop strap locks. The electronics are passive Aguilar DCB pickups (V V T T).
This bass is in great shape with only minor imperfections and impressions on the body. It has never been abused, nor has it experienced any breaks, gouges, bumps, or structural repairs.
