Details

Hi, Im looking to move my custom Emerald Guitars "Flow" bass. Emerald is a high end guitar builder located in ireland they make incredible acoustic instruments. This bass is a solid body one piece graphite bass with a beautiful walnut burl top.
Specs:
-around 7lbs
-34 inch scale
-EMG X pickups and EMG BQC electronics
-Babicz Solo Rail bridge saddles
-Graphtech nut
-Very new set of GHS pressure wounds on her that sound awesome
-The spacing is on the narrow side (see pic Im not sure how to tell)
-Will ship in original Emerald gigbag
*Let me mention this has a "reverse" trussrod, so standing over the headstock in back of bass looking down, it would be clockwise to increase back bow (lower string action)

Not really looking for trades im trying to save for something
but, if you want to run something by me .... :)
shipping in conus only.

I pulled these pics from Emeralds photoshoot, I also included some of my own pics so you can see the difference, the top is darker in person but still AMAZING. Anyway ...
Please add $25 for west coast shipping
Thanks for looking.

Im interested, any chance you could post a video with soundclips... spacing is what I use but the neck shape in general, is it more chunky like a p bass or thinner like an ibanez soundgear or warwick streamer lx...

I have an Emerald Baylor ABG.....best sounding/playing/looking ABG IMHE.....didn't know he made slabs....string spacing too tight for my taste...otherwise I'd be on it.

Wow, really cool and uncommon bass!

I've never played an Emerald, but I did get to play a bunch of different carbon fiber guitars cause I worked for a Peavey dealer when they bought out CA. Their "solid body" models were hollow inside, just thin, no sound holes, and electric pickups. Is that how this bass is? The CA guitars were really light (never played one of their basses, don't know if they had one).

The bass sounds full and warm, definitely not thin. they use some sort of honeycomb (air pockets) inside the body to get the tone, or rather some are filled and some are not, something like that :) . Thanks

When I said thin, I meant the body thickness not the tone. The CA electric guitar is built like their acoustics with no webbing or honeycomb inside the body (which is thin like the Ibanez S series guitars).

We had a CA "Blade" model, and that is VERY thin, this is thin in dimension but not like that.
