Up for sale is this radical Fender which is kind of a Precision/Jazz hybrid. Top notch maple on maple parts bass. Only letting this one go because I crossed paths with another vintage Guild Starfire that I could not pass up.
2008 American Precision bass neck with stock lightweight tuners and string tree, mounted on a beautiful maple Squier Vintage Modified jazz body with Bartolini pickups, parchment pearl white pickguard, and brass saddle bridge. Plays super well with low action and sounds fantastic. The Bartolini pickups are noiseless (so no hum) with excellent warmth, punch, and clarity. Standard volume, volume, tone controls. Has a few cosmetic imperfections, but absolutely nothing that affects playability/functionality. Most notably, just past the nut, directly underneath the strings on the headstock, there are four nicks from when the previous owner filed the nut. They're really not visible at all unless the strings are off, so it never bothered me, but wanted to mention it so there are no surprises. Even though those nicks are pretty insignificant, they're the "worst" of the cosmetic wear. Otherwise it's just your average little dings here and there and a little bit of pitting and wear on the hardware. Anyway, this is a lot of bass for the money!
Will consider parting out if you're interested in just the loaded neck or just the loaded body, let me know.
