Pentabuzz limited edition year 1990 (5 string) bass in outstanding condition. Absolutely gorgeous flamed maple with beautiful figuring throughout. It has the classic Pedulla ebony fretboard with the Polyester finish. 34" scale. Impeccable craftsmanship. Works perfectly. Presently has very low action but can be easily adjusted. Plays like a dream...extremely easy playing fretless. A little bubbling but no peeling, clouding on the upper G string area. Comes with the original Pedulla hard shell case that is also in outstanding condition and very clean. NY tri-state area pickup can be arranged.
Just took it to the luthier and there is some minor bubbling on the fret board near the G string area. So I am getting an estimate to see if I should repair it or reduce the price. The bass is totally playable....
A Pentabuzz J-J, that's pretty rare. Gorgeous finish. A bubbling, if it's minor, shouldn't be a deal killer.
