Hi, up for sale only is an amazing Sadowsky UV70 4 string. Based on the serial number, I think it's a 2006--made about 2-3 years after they started the Metro line. I wish I could keep them all but I need cash ready to fund other projects. Specs are:
FINISH | Tobacco Sunburst
BODY | Swamp Ash, Full Size
NECK | Maple
FINGERBOARD | Maple, 20 Frets, 10" Radius, 1 1/2" Nut Width, Black Blocks and Binding
PICKGUARD | Tortoise
HARDWARE | Chrome
PICKUPS | Sadowsky Single Coil J in '70s Locations
PREAMP | Sadowsky Preamp with Vintage Tone Control
WEIGHT is about 10.2 lbs.
STRINGS are Sadowsky Blues 45-105
CASE: Sadowsky nylon case included
Straplocks: Schaller
This bass sounds awesome and has beautiful and classic '70s appointments. I had the Sadowsky single coils installed and sold off the original humcancelling pickups. They sound great as you'd expect. Frets are still in great shape with lots of life left. Light swirly scratching on pickguard. Some minor dings that you can barely see in the pictures: small headstock and body dings and very light rash on the neck around the 9th fret on the high string side. Very minor...you probably won't even notice it.
This bass would be $2975 new...and has been SOLD
