This bass is a piece of art. Beautiful looking and a vast array of sounds you can get with this bass. There are 3 very small dings on the headstock (pictured) and no other blemishes worth noting. Very good/excellent condition and it does have the COA and OHSC. I am including pictures it has been a case queen since I have owned it. I am playing mainly stingray basses and love them. Purchased on Reverb 6/28/2021 received it a week later. I am including a picture from the internet that displays the control setup.
