I'm updating my FS thread for my GB Shuttle 9.0 with a significantly reduced price.
This amp was purchased on TB from this thread - SOLD - Genz Benz 9.0 Shuttle Head Like New $380.00 Shipped Conus!
The amp arrived with a LOT of static on both the tube preamp gain as well as the master volume. I decided to send it to Aged Horse for repair. He performed a range of cleaning and update services to the amp, but when it arrived back, both knobs were still full of static. I thought perhaps I needed to work them in after the cleaning, but after turning each knob back and forth 500+ times each, the static is still there. My conclusion is that if Aged Horse couldn't fix it, it's not fixable.
I'll include the factory service report with the amp so you can see everything he did. At the time he replied - "I have your amp sorted out, looks like several issues but the primary cause was something sprayed that got onto the PCB and attracted some conductive debris in a sensitive part of the circuit. I also worked on the tube socket, installed one factory update and some minor things."
The amp works fine in every other facet. Price is shipped CONUS, paypal only.
