I've been on and off about selling this bass but I've got a new 5-string being built this year and I only really need one. It's a Jerzy Drozd Excellency 5 built in 2004. It has a spectacular burl maple top and an etimoe body, maple neck and thick ebony fretboard. Split single coil pickups and an Aguilar OBP-2 preamp with passive tone control and an active/passive switch. This bass sounds great passive - very woody and clear. It comes in a custom-made form fitting ATA flight case. The bass has some natural player's wear from being my main bass for several years, but it's in very nice condition overall. The truss rod cover isn't in the pictures but I do have it.
1 and 7/8" at the nut, 18.5mm spacing at the bridge.
If you ordered this bass new today, it would cost about $6600. I'm selling it for $3400 shipped.
