what are the dimensions of the pickups? Wonder if it could replace a 51 Pbass pickup...your thoughts?
Are both pickups the same size and output?

These are standard Fender Jazz size (longer bridge) with Alnico 5 bar magnets (10k -10.3k DC)
51 P has a different pickup route than a jazz.

These are the best single coil jazz pickups imo (in active or passive) and I've tried a lot! Fralins overwound, Barts, Fender, SD, DiMarzio etc. I only removed the lipsticks and installed Fender PV74'S because I'm selling my jazz. And the Fender PV74'S were my favorite before finding these lipsticks (thanks @TimBosby) And for the price, cannot be beat!! Somebody grab these! You won't be disappointed!!!
