as the title states do not trust FenderCharles on any feature purchases. According to FenderCharles post SOLD - Sire v7 5 string *$500.00 Shipped Conus* he states the sire Bass is in new condition, so being that he has only possitive feedback and agreed on a slight discount I paid FenderCharles for the bass. After taking three day to forward me the tracking number I receive the bass in horrible condition. Four mager dents so bad the finish is chipped off, a gross amount of scratches and swirling way to many to photograph. The bass had a great deal of buzzing for which I found out was a faulty preamp. Needless to say the bass was not in “new condition”. After letting FenderCharles know about the problem, he tried saying that they were “minor imperfections” in his opinion and that he would not rightfully refund me. Of course I reported him, but nothing was done by the administrators because FenderCharles has good feedback. One administrator smperry even stated the following

I messaged FenderCharles the very second I opened the packing and very quickly saw the physical damage, took photographs and sent them to him. He did not care that he sold me a defective instrument in horrible condition, far from new condition which I was led to believe.
So this goes to prove if you have good feedback feel free to screw over the next guy the administration on the talkbass form will do nothing for the new guy.

This guy was troubled from the beginning, he brought the bass on a Saturday and expected a tracking number the next day! I shipped him a fully functional bass and discounted it for him as requested. The bass was in outstanding condition when it left my hands.
