If you ship it to the US, would the buyer be subject to any other import taxes, fees, duties, etc.?

I will gladly ship to the US. The most you'd be on the hook for are your local sales tax which US customs will assess. Sometimes they do, sometimes not. There would be no extra fees or duty since it's made in the US.
