This was my "go to" MTD for a long time, but I'm finding that I am favoring my newer makore-bodied 535, and this bass has not seen much action. So, despite my hoarding tendencies, I've decided to put this bass up for sale. I have owned a lot of 535's, and this was was always king of the hill (until Mike built my latest 535, which is pretty special). I had several wenge/wenge 535's, and this was the best of the bunch.
The serial number is 505, and it weighs 9.4 lbs. It comes with an MTD hardshell case, which is in great condition. The bass itself is not quite mint, but excellent condition, overall. Here are some pics:
