Up for sale today is an outstanding Nash PB-57 that I recently acquired. I love the way it plays and sounds but in the end I'm just a rosewood neck guy. This tribute to the 1957 Precision comes in Mary Kay Blonde with and ash body, gold anodized pick guard, medium relic, C shaped neck and Lollar pickups. This '07 model (the old stuff is best IMHO) was made by Bill himself, and originally had nothing on the headstock at all. As you can see, the prior owner added a Fender logo. I don't see any overspray so it should propably come off quite easily should the new owner prefer otherwise. My '08 PJ-63 (my only "keeper" bass at present), also had nothing on the headstock. I found a guy in Europe who does Nash decals and added one, and have an additional one should the new owner want it. I only changed one thing, and that was the knobs...they were kind of a sloped dome style that I did not care for...she now sports knobs from a '71 p bass. Includes a Kaces case that is suppsedly orignal to the bass. My '08 has the same kind of case but it does say "Nash" while this one does not. The bass owned and played by Luke and Melissa in Canadian band Whitehorse...video below...but don't expect to hear too much of the bass, Melissa was way back in the mix.
